We are sorry that we can not arrange the transport between our island and the airport.
Our advise is, when arriving in San José, to take a hotelroom for one night, and continu the trip to our island the next day.

	Payments, conditions and guarantee Heliconia Island
	When a reservation is wanted 50% of the payment has to be done in advance. A reservation is valid after receiving that payment. We will confirm the client by e-mail after receiving that payment. Cancellation requests within 30 (thirty) days to the confirmed arrival date are 50% refundable. Cancellation requests within 10 (ten) days to the confirmed arrival date or a “no-show” are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be granted for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure. All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to info@heliconiaisland.com. Heliconia Island will always confirm the arival of that e-mail within 3 days. Heliconia Island cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by reasons beyond our control (’force majeure’), such as: molest, natural catastrophes, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes etc. Our guests can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to the owners of Heliconia Island, their goods, guests and their properties. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes, changes in prices and other causes we cannot act upon. We advise you to effect a travelling insurance. We have tried to inform you as accurately as possible. Guarantee If a reservation necessarily (and beyond our power) has to be changed, we will take any necessary step to offer you a substitute accommodation of the same quality.
